As the President Commissioner / Independent Commissioner, Mr. Benny Soetrisno has routinely overseen the Company affairs by joining the meeting of the Board of Commissioners and Audit Committee meetings. He remains continuously involved in overseeing the relevant regulations in the capital market and how this applies for PBRX.

As the Independent Commisoner And Chairman Of Audit Committee, Mr. Supandi Widi Siswanto has routinely overseen the Company by joining Audit Committee meetings and the meeting of the Board of Commissioners. He remains continuously update about the relevant regulations in the capital market.

As the Independent Commissioner, Mrs. Gita has routinely overseen the Company affairs by joining the meeting of the Board of Commissioner, Audit Committee meetings and responsible to provide recommendations to the Board of Directors in regards to the Company's management.

Since June 2023, Mr. Ameesh has been appointed as Commissioner and has routinely overseen the Company affairs by joining the meeting of the Board of Commissioner, Audit Committee meetings and responsible to provide recommendations to the Board of Directors in regards to the Company's management.

Before joining the company, Mr. Ludijanto Setijo was a Deputy General Manager of PT. Herald Tristate Plastic and the Finance Director of PT. Tassindo Tassa Industries from 1993 until 1995. He joined PT. Intiras Busana Prana International from 1995 until 1997, as a Director.

Before joining the company, Mrs. Anne Patricia Sutanto was with the Business Development of Kayu Lapis Group : Integrated Wood Industry from 1995 until 1996. She was the Assistant Finance Director of Keris Group, a group engaging in retailing, textile, and real estate business, from 1996 until 1997.

Mrs. Fitri has been appointed as a Director of the Company since April 23rd 2007. Before joining the Company, she held various management positions such as : Business Development in Singapore base shipping company from 1994 until 1997, and in textile industry as Director from 1997 until 2006.

Mr. Seveke has been a Director of the Company since May, 30th 2018, and he is concurrently also the Director of PT. Hollit International
