Human Resources

The goal of our personnel activities is to improve the efficiency of the Company and to give individual employees more stimulating to encourage personal growth from within. The Company realizes that a competent workforce with a variety of skills and expertise is a vital asset for continued success and remain competitive.

Recognition of this fact is the heart of the Company's commitment to devote considerable resources in the training programs. During 2001, for example, various training programs were organized including technical, leadership, supervision, teamwork, computer, and mentality. A new training room with a size of 999 m sq. was also completed.

All the training programs are carefully reviewed on a regular basis and updated to keep pace with changing needs. Training and development programs are identified and updated in terms of content and method. They are conducted either internally or outsourced.

Our employees are member of the national labor organization and are also enrolled in the Labor Insurance Program (Jamsostek).

Safety is stressed throughout every aspect of Company's operation. The Company spends significant resources in making employees aware of safety issues. Regular safety inspections and emergency drills held at all work sites have been very successful to reduce work-related accidents.
