Pan Brothers is engaged in garment industry to manufacture all
kinds of garment, with headquarter in Tangerang.
The Company
offered its shares for the first time to the public in 1990 and
the Company's share have been listed in the Indonesia Stock
Exchange since 1990. The Company until December 31, 2010 has one
subsidiary company: PT. Pancaprima Ekabrothers.
The
Company's logo, portrayed by three color combination with three
perfectly drawn archer's bow, expresses its philosophy for
achieving its goal for success, prosperity, and strength through
harmonious unity of Stakeholder, Management, and Staff.

produces "knited garment" such as Polo Shirt, Golf Shirt, Track
Suit, Sweat Shirt, Pant, etc., using Single Jersey, Pique, Fleece
in Cotton< Polyester, CVC, TC, etc, and "woven garment" such as
Short, Casual Pants, Dress Shirt, etc, using Poplin, Twill, Dobby,
etc. PT. Pan Brothers Tbk currently supplies to Calvin Klein, New
York & Co, Nautica, Perry Ellis, Marks & Spencer, Abercrombie &
Fitch, Lane Bryant, S. Oliver, Tom Tailor, Jack Nicklaus,
Christopher & Banks, Dillard, Chico's, Russell, Quick Silver, Kate
Hill, Wilson, The Cato, JC Penney, Charming, Sears, etc.

Pancaprima Ekabrothers produces "jacket/heavy garment" of Jacket,
Coat, Ski Jacket, Down Jacket, Track Suit, Travel Pants, Cargo
Pants, etc., using Nylon, Polyester, Micro Fiber, etc. PT.
Pancaprima Ekabrothers currently supplies to Nike, Adidas, The
North Face, Hugo Boss, Stella, etc.
The
Company's market has spread across the United States of America,
Western and Eastern Europe, Canada, Japan, Australia and various
other countries. As an export oriented garment manufacturer, the
Company complies with customer requirements. In addition, it
fulfills all the qualifications covering such as safety regulation,
sound work practice, and human rights.
The
Company's consolidated annual sales for the year 2010 is Rp.1.43
Trillion equivalent USD 157 million, decreased by 10.39% compared
to the Company's annual sales revenue in year 2009 of Rp.1.59
equivalent USD 153 million, the decrease was due to the
strengthening of Rupiah againts US Dollar in year 2010 compared to
in year 2009.
The
company's factories are located in Tangerang, Banten and Solo,
Central Java.
The
Pancaprima Ekabrothers' factories as subsidiary company are
located in Tangerang, Banten and Boyolali, Central Java.
