The Company was established on August 21^st, 1980 with its head office located in Jakarta and its factory  located in  Tangerang, Province of Banten.

     The Company  went public in 1990, and its shares are listed in the Jakarta and Surabaya Stock Exchanges. The Company had annual sales revenue of Rp. 300.12 billion in 2002.

     The Company's logo, portrayed by three color combination with three perfectly drawn archer's bow, expresses its philosophy for achieving its goal for success, prosperity, and strength through harmonious unity of Stakeholder, Management, and Staff.

    The Company is  engaged in  garment  industry, and  it currently  supplies  the  products  for Calvin Klein Jeans, Express, Lerner, Greg Norman, Nike, Tommy Hilfiger, Axis, Gap / Old  Navy, Chaps Polo Ralph Lauren, Fila, Zara, Reebok, Arena, Trussardi, Esprit, JC Penney, Charming, Sears, May Department Store.

     Although  the Company  manufactures  all kinds  of  garments, its primary focus is on knitted garment  such as  Polo Shirt, Golf Shirt, Track Suit, Sweat Shirt, Pant, etc., with fabrication such as Single Jersey, Pique, Fleece in Cotton, Polyester, CVC, TC, Micro Fiber, etc.

     The Company's market has spread across the United States of America, Western and Eastern Europe, Canada, Japan,  Australia  and  various other countries. As  an  export oriented  garment manufacturer, the Company complies with customer requirements. In addition, it fulfills all the qualifications covering such as safety regulation, sound work practice, and human rights.

     The  Company realizes  that  recognizing  customer  needs and  gaining the trust is the heart of  the  Company's goal.  It requires  continuing  improvements  and would necessitate significant effort  and  commitment of the  Company  to continuously search for  ways to provide innovative breakthrough, and re-engineer for a more efficient and cost-effective process.

     Our suppliers are reliable and will  continuously support  and keep us away from  any possible delay or deficiency in product quality.

     The Company  shares good  communication  and  relationship  with its workers.  Any worker’s concern  is  approached  through open communication  and information dissemination through the Worker Representative at  a Company level.  The representative is  involved in various Company’s policies and has been playing important role in facilitating collaboration between  the management and  employees  to  work together as  an effective team  to focus on  the Company’s  goals  and challenges.
